Weekly rental
The Mas is rented for at least one full week from Saturday to Saturday (departure before 10am and arrival from 5pm). For all other special requests, please fill in the contact form.
Seasonality
01/01 to 03/31: Low Season
01/04 to 30/06: Medium season
07/01 to 08/31: High season
01/09 to 30/10: Medium season
from 01/11 to 31/12 : Low Season
Terms of payment
A deposit corresponding to 50% of the total rent must be paid on booking by bank transfer. This payment, together with the signature of the rental contract, confirms your reservation. The balance must be paid by bank transfer no later than 30 days before your arrival.
All the precise terms and conditions of rental will be set out on the contract that will be given to you.
Booking conditions
A security deposit (covering any damage) of 3,000 euros is payable by bank transfer before the keys are handed over. The deposit will be returned within 21 days.

A wonderful stay in the Luberon! Domaine SIRIUS is a true paradise, hidden from view. Just outside the listed village of MENERBES, the estate has its own vineyards, olive grove and lavender, giving it a typical Provencal charm. The house is spacious, tastefully decorated, air-conditioned and well-equipped. Very large swimming pool overlooking the LUBERON and the vineyards. Children can run around and play in peace, it's so vast! Ideal for families. We'll definitely be back next year!
